How we Work

It starts with a conversation with your decision maker. Together we will uncover needs, results required, why at this time, what if you chose to do nothing, success measures and other critical information. We then prepare a recommendation of options that will meet your deliverables and consult with you to help you select the solution that best meets your needs. The contract process follows. You issue a purchase order and we do the work. We work with you every step of the way to ensure your needs are met. We end with a formal debrief to ensure you are on track and that we capture lessons learned that we can incorporate into our practices.
