NOTE: You must be a certified instructor to teach any of the de Bono Thinking Systems tools to others.

Our workshops are conducted by expert de Bono Thinking Systems Master Trainers. They are business experts in their own right. They will add a depth of learning to your workshop experience that is consistently described as very stimulating and filled with practical how-to tips by our attendees.

Your workshop fee includes official de Bono Thinking Systems, Inc. comprehensive training materials, continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks. Participants are responsible for their own transportation and lodging arrangements.

Dress is business casual. It is always smart to bring a sweater or jacket as hotel meeting rooms are notoriously cold.

Payment: Methods include VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

Public Seminars

Cancellation Policy for Public Courses
Cancellations received within 14 days of the training course will receive no refund. You may substitute another attendee at an additional fee of $250.

Cancellations received more than 14 days before the training course are subject to a 10% service charge, plus the cost of any completed pre-work. You may substitute another attendee at an additional fee of $250.

Transfer / Change Policy for Public Courses
Transfers to another training date or changes made to an existing seminar registration received within 14 days of the public training course are subject to a $250.00 service charge. 

Public Course No Shows
If you fail to show up for a course without canceling/transferring before hand, you are liable for the full fee. 

Train-the-Trainer Certifications 

Cancellation Policy for Certification Courses
Cancellations received within 14 days of the certification course will receive no refund. You may substitute another attendee at an additional fee of $250. Lynda Curtin must approve this replacement prior to training.

Cancellations received more than 14 days before the certification are subject to a 15% service charge, plus the cost of any completed pre-work. You may substitute another attendee at an additional fee of $250.

Transfer Policy for Certification Courses
Transfers to another date received within 14 days of the certification are subject to a $300.00 service charge.

Certification No Shows
If you fail to show up for a certification without canceling/transferring before hand, you are liable for the full fee.

In the unlikely event we have to cancel a public end user workshop or certification workshop because of low enrollment you will receive a full refund, promptly. The Opportunity Thinker and de Bono for Business are not responsible for airfare penalties or other costs incurred due to a workshop cancellation.
